Reduce a PDF's file size for email, online forms, or document submission. Compression uses secure temporary processing so large and complex PDFs can be handled reliably. Always open the result and check that text, images, signatures, and page order remain readable.

  • Step 1 - Drag and drop the PDF file into the upload area, or select it from your device.
  • Step 2 - Select a compression level and quality.
  • Step 3 - Create the PDF, then compare the result with the original.
  • Step 4 - Click "Download PDF" and inspect representative pages.

If the file is already highly compressed, a stronger setting may not make it smaller. Keep the original so you can try a different quality level without repeatedly compressing the same output.
